  • Perform modelling, simulation, and worst-case analyses

  • Select and qualify space-grade components considering radiation, thermal, and environmental constraints

  • Support manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities

  • Develop and execute subsystem and system-level test plans (TVAC, vibration, functional)

  • Lead and contribute to technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR)

  • Interface with other spacecraft subsystems and support system-level trade studies

  • Support launch preparation and early orbit operations, including on-orbit power monitoring and troubleshooting

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in spacecraft or satellite electrical power systems engineering

  • At least one smallsat-class mission delivered to orbit

  • Strong knowledge of solar arrays, batteries, and spacecraft power electronics

  • Experience with power budget modelling, simulation tools, and hardware testing

  • Familiarity with space-qualified components and radiation/thermal design considerations

  • Hands-on experience with integration and testing in cleanroom environments

  • Strong problem-solving ability and experience working in cross-functional engineering teams

  • Clear communication skills for internal and supplier-facing collaboration

Package & Working Pattern

  • Competitive salary with equity/options
