MERITUS are recruiting for a Production Enablement Support Officer to join an aerospace business to support with scheduling, analysis and project support of major manufacturing programmes.
PRODUCTION ENABLEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER - INSIDE IR35 - £28.09 PER HOUR - 12 MONTHS - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS
Deliverables Include:
- Support the enablement for ramp up through implementing “new ways of working” and best practices.
- Support to production areas within the facility on project based work.
- Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards are met and drive the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) process to identify and implement potential improvements.
- Acting as an interface between different areas of the business.
- Lineside support for production enabling blockers & support.
- Liaising with facilities, maintenance dept to ensure adherence to agreed SLA’s and delivery requirements.

- Experience of computerised systems, Workday and SAP would be desirable. Excellent skills in the use of Google Applications.
