You’ll be operating in a highly technical environment, helping to coordinate complex system-level work packages, manage schedules, track risks and issues, and support project governance. If you enjoy being at the centre of technical programmes and working closely with engineering teams, this role will suit you well.

-
Facilitating technical discussions with engineers and supporting decision making
-
Managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions
-
Supporting programme reviews, ensuring accurate planning inputs and documentation
-
Working in a hybrid environment with regular onsite collaboration in Filton
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong project management experience within a technical or engineering environment
-
Aerospace background preferred (aircraft knowledge is a big advantage)
-
Ability to hold technical discussions with engineering teams
-
Experience with planning tools (e.g., MS Project)
-
Understanding of configuration management processes
-
Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
-
Able to build and maintain project plans and manage risk
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment
-
Experience over formal qualifications – capability is key
Why Apply
This is a long-term programme role offering stability, interesting technical challenges, and the chance to contribute directly to the delivery and improvement of a major aircraft programme.
If you’ve worked in aerospace, engineering, or configuration environments and enjoy managing cross-functional projects, this is a great opportunity.
