MERITUS are recruiting for 2x Sales Executives to join our client in Fort Worth, USA on a permanent deal to support aerospace sales. *REQUIRED* You MUST have demonstrable aerospace sales experience, without it, you will not be considered.

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - $80,000/$90,000 per annum - 401K - PTO + Vacation - Profit Sharing Future - Fort Worth, Texas - AEROSPACE/MRO

Meritus is recruiting on behalf of a leading aerospace manufacturer for a commercially driven Sales Manager to support strategic business growth across OEM, MRO, and aviation partners. This is a key role focused on driving new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term customer relationships across commercial and military markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and manage a structured sales pipeline.

  • Develop strong relationships with OEMs, MROs, brokers, and industry partners.

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, finance, and programme teams to develop technical proposals and pricing strategies.

  • Deliver customer presentations, quotations, and tailored technical proposals.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activity through compliant sales engagement.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

  • Represent the business at international trade shows and industry events.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent aerospace experience.

  • Proven track record in aerospace sales or business development.

  • Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical and avionics information.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value contracts.

  • Confident presenter and negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Desirable:

  • Pilot background or direct avionics sales experience.
