Meritus Talent is recruiting a Supply Chain Quality Manager on behalf of a leading aerospace organisation. This role sits within a high-performing supply chain and quality function and is critical to supporting on-time, on-quality aircraft deliveries across multiple civil aerospace programmes.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing a portfolio of structural suppliers within the landing gear supply chain, working in a complex, multi-functional environment spanning supply management, supplier control, and supplier development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery performance in line with quality, time, and cost objectives

Work collaboratively with suppliers to drive capability development and risk mitigation

Ensure supplier and product compliance with applicable requirements and standards

Represent the supply chain and quality function within multi-functional teams, interfacing with programme, engineering, procurement, and customer-facing stakeholders

Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment involving multiple external partners

Gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing technologies within the aerospace supply base
Skills & Experience Required
