As the Managing Director for Meritus, Jake leads the fastest growing ADS (Aerospace, Defence & Space) recruitment business in Europe, and the first ever in Wales. Prior to the creation of Meritus, Jake was the Associate Director for Yolk Recruitment (within the wider Recolution Group), managing a sizeable team on the delivery of technology workforce solutions for FTSE 100 companies across the UK.
Jake started in Defence recruitment at just 19 years old, supporting contract operations for some of the largest suppliers in the UK and KSA. Now, Jake has brought together a team of talented, well-versed, SME consultants to provide permanent, temp and contract recruitment services for a range of top ADS companies in the UK, Netherlands and the KSA. Jake is one of very few consultants to have successfully recruited across 5 global markets, including LATAM, Benelux, UK, Middle East and North America, and is responsible for previously building recruitment functions that have become some of the most reputable within the British Isles.
