  • Analyse process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and delivery performance.
  • Conduct value-added and non-value-added activity analysis to identify opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.
  • Work closely with production teams to provide technical support and resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Translate manufacturing requirements into actionable improvements for engineering, design, and supply chain teams.
  • Assess the manufacturing impact of process, product, or configuration changes.
  • Maintain and improve standard time data and associated manufacturing databases.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods, processes, and digital tools.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders on the effective use of manufacturing performance and planning tools.
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the identification, investigation, and resolution of non-conformances within the manufacturing environment.

About You

We're interested in hearing from candidates who bring a combination of manufacturing knowledge, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.
